Hi, I would like to put two links to my wpforo.

1.) I have a menu for logged in user. Here is the link to url.com/community/account/*user/. What do I have to href =" what has to enter here? "?

2.) Then I would like a link on the authoring page to: http://url.com/community/profile/*user/ how do I have to do this? href =" what has to enter here? "?
