You can use the wpForo "Admin note/message on Forum frontend" feature:
You can find it in the Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Misc admin page.

I like this. Never realized this feature. I had been doing it the same way as @AggieAT, but the "Admin note/message on Forum frontend" feature looks "cleaner" and more professional.

@sofy is the only way to get your forum replies nested like this is to select the Threaded Layout for a forum? I REALLY like the nested replies, but prefer the simple layout.
