Hi, I see in one of your articles showing User Group and Secondary Group under Account page. My forum is not showing those groups under My Profile/ Account. Any help would be appreciated.

It's already displayed next to the avatar. If some of secondary usergroups are missing, you should enable those in Dashboard > Settings > Members admin page.
