I'd like to make my post look like the image attached. 

 

 

 

Right now, my post had my profile card at the bottom right.

wpForo theme has a built-in multi-layout system. Currently, the default “Classic” theme comes with four layouts:

  1. Extended Layout
  2. Simplified Layout
  3. Question and Answer Layout
  4. New – Threaded Layout

You're using the wpForo Question and Answer Layout, thus it has such a look. Please read this doc and check out all wpForo forum layouts:

Oh!! That makes sense. Okay. I’m now using a combination in my forum and it’s looking how it should. That makes total sense!!
