On my topic lists if a user comments/reply on an old topic the topic will come up on the topic list. 

Let's say Karen was looking for something, and she saw a topic that was created 3 years ago, and She commented on it, that three year old topic will come on the, on the topic list. 

I want to stop it, I want my topic list to be according the date the topic was created not the date of the latest comment.

It worked but it overwrite my previous code that I used to show only resolved topics on homepage. 

Is it possible to also solve this?
