I love WP Foro and am very grateful for such a great resource. But as the admin of the forum, the notifications about new topics are filling up my email inbox. Is a way to turn them off? I will monitor the topics by looking at the forum every day - I don't need the emails.

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Email admin page and disable these two options:

Notify Admins via email on new Topic
Notify Admins via email on new Post
