Is there a way for an individual user to disable Private Message in his or her profile? Is there a setting for it? Thanks

Hi @arandomjoe,

You can enable/disable this function for each Usergroup (but not for the certain user) in Dashboard > Forums > Usergroups admin page.

You can use the Secondary Usergroup feature. For example, create a new "cannot write PM" usergroup, uncheck the "Can write PM" permission and attach it as a secondary usergroup for certain user.
