All these are useless almost Google+, AOL IM , MSN, Yahoo, ICQ

You can use the code provided in this post just changes appropriate icons of these fields. The phrases can be changed from Dashboard > Forums > Phrases admin page.

For adding and managing user fields I recommend wpForo Users Custom Fields addon:
