I'm trying to build an email list. Is there a way with wpforo to auto collect the emails that register an account on my wpforo. I don't want to have to navigate to the Wordpress dashboard and copy and paste each email. How can I get them on a subscribers list automatically? Where they will be notified of my blog posts.

wpForo doesn't have such a feature, wpForo is using WordPress user system, you can try to find an alternative plugin for that feature.
