When setting up I want the @ mention of people to by default use their wordpress username. Is there a setting for this? Or where in the database is this stored? I tried changing the database direct and didn't seem to update (in user_meta) but maybe I need to sync or something?

Hi @madwizard78,
The wpForo allows you to change Nickname in My Profile > Account page.
As an admin you can click on any user link and go to that user Profile > Account page and edit the nickname:

Yeah, was just hoping to have it auto set when I install or when users register (or even update the database proactively). But I have an idea on my install (since users don't currently see the nickname currently)
