1) How do I make it so people in wpforo can comment as guest without registering?
2) If they comment as guest, anyway to put their comment in moderation for approval?

Hi @sysads,
First, you should configure and enable the Google reCAPTCHA for Guest topic and reply forms in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam Tab.
