You can delete forum members in Dashboard > Users or in Dashboard > Forums > Member admin pages.

You have jQuery error on front-end:
It seems you've uploaded a new XML language in Forums > Settings admin page. And there are syntax error in the XML file so wpForo Language object is not initiated properly. I'd recommend navigate in Dashboard to Forums > Settings page and change Language to English. You forum will stay in Persian, because wpForo uses .PO and .MO files. I know you have Persian translation files.
If it doesn't help, we have to delete all Persian rows from _wpforo_phrases table.
