Hello,

I am stuck on my forum. I tried to find the buttons "Subscribe for new topics" & " Subscribe for new replies"

I checked all the boxes on setting > Subscription & Mentionning

I add excludes the cache for
/community/
/participant/
/sign-up/
/sign-in/
/change-password/

What is your guidance?

Regards

Vini

@vini_blue,

You've customized the header section of forums and topics and removed the buttons. There is no way to back them until your customization is there. First, try to remove the CSS code. If you've done some template customization, then revert it as well.

Thank you Robert,

Would you mind to let me know where can i put back the header section. To be honest I've ichecked everywhere and even on the Section "Colors & Styles" on the CSS, I did not add any CSS code to remove the header. I am sure you are right. I alos checked on my snippet tool, but i did not add any code to remove te Header section.

Do you have any areas that I should explore on my wordpress?

@vini_blue,

Ok, then check forum accesses and make sure "Can subscribe" permission is enabled for users. Go to wpForo > Accesses admin page, edit the Forum Accesses you use for the users and for you and check it:
