[Solved] How to export content?

Hello!Tell me please how to export content after import on sameone wpforo? I have to many different issues with DB. html. css. etc on my wpforo. I think easy way export conent only after filly delete wordpress. after create new installation and wpforo and import old content to new forum. This is possible?Thanks.

For the DB export, Download PhpMyAdmin plugin, and do as mentioned in my previous post.
