Hi @coinnewsweb,
for the "Main Support Forum" is set Threaded layout,
About the forum font sizes, go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Styles Tab and check Font Sizes: field

@chris Please css to automatically clear the forum cache, or how to set the plugin to automatically delete it? thanks

if you have cache plugin, exclude wpforo from the caching:
https://wpforo.com/community/faq/wpforo-and-cache-plugins/
Go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Feature Tab and make sure that the below options are enabled:
- Enable Member Cache
- Enable Object Cache
- Enable Options Cache
- Enable Memory Cache
