How to make a picture of the "Attach File" is displayed in full screen for registered users? Not as an attached file.

For that you can wait the future pay addon or just copy and past image url on post!

I'm sorry but there is no such an option, wpForo default attachments are not file format and usergroup sensitive. These kind of advanced feature will be available in Advanced File Attachments addon. We're very close, it'll be released very soon.
