how to mAKE specific forum with default private topics
so when user go to specific forum for example : support forum
the "private topic" option will be checked as default and he can not change it , except if he is moderator or adminstrator ?
i need this feature for only specific forums not all forums

@sofy it works but it always make all topics private in specific forums
i need to make it always private topics in specific forums for only any users exept for moderators and adminstrators who can make public topic .
i tested that code in post you provide but it make any new topic to be pricate even i put it puplic as adminstrtor
it is ok , after publish , site make the topic to be private even i choose puplic but i found fix :
i go to topic again and make it public , and it works
