wpForo shows Display Names of users. The Display Name is not Nicename nor Username.
You can change the display name in the Forum > My Profile > Account font-end page.

Ok but it wasn't my question.
I don't ask how can user change its name.
I would like that each new member automaticly has his name as display name and not the wordpress username.
Is it clearier ?
