This is a JS conflict. Please disable all plugins for JavaScript , CSS and HTML optimization. All plugins related to optimization and minification. Delete all caches and do Ctrl+F5 on front-end. If it doesn't help deactivate other plugins one by one and check it. If it still doesn't work please leave your forum URL to allow us debug all errors.
