Hi @afjs,

This is the known issue and it comes from the W3 Total Cache plugin you use. It has minified and cached JS and CSS files of wpDiscuz. Now all are loaded incorrectly. See the topic below: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/w3tc-non-existent-js-and-css-in-cache-minify-throw-errors/
The W3 Total Cache plugin does not allow to load JS and CSS files on your website at all, not only for the wpForo.
The developers found a way to make it work by making changes to the W3 Total Cache plugin settings. Now everything works correctly and the JS and CSS load correctly on your website.
However, you should find a way to exclude the wpForo page from the W3 Total Cache plugin. This is very important.

If you don't find a way to exclude the wpForo Forum page from your cache plugin, then you can use another caching plugin. For example WP Super Cache plugin.
