Guys, seriously, am I blind or something? Because I can't understand how and where to post something. I know how to create topics, etc but not how to post. Please help me, I'm so embarrassed

Once you go into a category, you should see an "add topic" button on the top right (see attached picture)

However I have no idea what is wrong with it but it doesnt show any topics even though I created 4
