Have you read this FAQ topic?

Make sure the forum page URL is identical with Forum Base URL. The forum base URL is located in Settings > General Tab > Forum Base URL option. If the Base URL doesn't have trailing slash "/" (at the end of URL), try to add it. if it already has this slash try to remove.

If it still doesn't work, please send admin login details to support[at]gvectors.com email address, we'll check and find the problem.
