Suggestion I want to style the validation of "Topic Title" to match with the style of "Topic Content"

When we submit the topic form without data of "Topic Title", it shows the html5 validation message. When we submit the topic form without data of "Topic Content", it shows a red alert box at the corner of the page.

I want to match up the same as the red alert box. How can I do that?
