Hi all,
I'm new to the wpforo, and I'm trying to set up a website for my company. Our WP powered site uses the Job Manager plug-in to link employers with potential candidates, and I want the wpforo to get the Job Manager user avatars to load into wpforo as profile avatars. Can I do this with php? Where do I put the code?

I'm sorry but we're not familiar with this plugin. wpForo uses the default WordPress avatar system (Gravatar). Also wpForo has custom avatars. And as far as I see the Job Manager also has its own custom avatar system. These two systems are totally different and has no chance to work together. You should ask your users to put the same avatar in wpForo Profile too.
