Facebook and Twitter URLs are good, the auto-embed is working. But Instagram is not - only the link is shown.

wpForo doesn't support any of them. I don't know how have you embedded those. If you use wpForo Embeds addon, please open a support topic in gVectors Team support forum. here we only support the free core wpForo plugin
