I can see under Appearance>Menus there exist wpForo Menu in wpForo location. All links are custom links given as below: I know I can create them one by one. But is there any way I can transfer the existing Menue created as wpForo to my existing main navigation menu?

Yes, you can shift the wpForo Menu to the WordPress main navigation; there is no difference between the wpForo menu and the WordPress menu.
