I am having issues putting my forums on my homepage. This https://wpforo.com/docs/root/getting-started/forum-page/set-forum-on-home-page/# does not help me because I have a 3 column setup on my homepage and I want to stick the forums in the larger middle column but cannot figure out how? My site is blockchainorbit.com. Please help, thank you.
Hi @mikemezz,
First, please make sure the [wpforo] shortcode exists in page content.
Then navigate to Dashboard > Pages and find forum page, click on edit link and check does the PageID exist or not?
Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General admin page, click on "Update Options" button and check again.
I resolved the issue, thank you for support. Do you know of any LIVE CHAT plugin that can work in conjunction with wpforum?
I am trying to add a live chat box to my home page in which community members who signed up for the forum can log into their accounts and use the live chat box to communicate in real time with other members.
Thanks!
Hi mikemezz,
Do you know of any LIVE CHAT plugin that can work in conjunction with wpforum?
I don't know familiar with live chat plugins, you should install and check if it works.
Also I've been trying to adjust my forum so it shows up first on mobile, however when I do this it completely throws off how I want the layout to look on desktop.
I'm sorry, but I don't follow you. Could you please explain using some screenshots?
I want the forum to appear first on the page on mobile when scrolling, currently it does not. However when I change it to show up first on mobile it effects how my site looks on desktop. I do not want to change how my site looks on desktop. I am using elementor editor in conjunction with your forums. Understand? Thank you.
