Okay so now i have done everything i could
cleared cache imported colors.css manually cleared the plugins cache deleted website cache then refreshed the page with Ctrl+F5 changed even my browser lol, if there is no way to do it im gonna change to another plugin..
Did you clear the wpForo cache via the dashboard ?

The issue is already solved by our team. Now you can change the colors as you like. The problem is that your hosting settings have a hard cashing system. We've made some changes in wpForo codes. And now it shouldn't have any problem with the caching system of your hosting.
