Are these issues happening because I don't have Bluehost hosting it right now?

Personally, I think the Primary Menu 404 error issue is happening because of the issue I noticed and answered on the above post. 🙂

And then the Math recaptcha issue is happening because it is conflicting with the wpForo Integrated Google Recaptcha. With wpForo, you don't need any other google recaptcha plugin, since it just creates the conflict that you are having.

If you can't make the changes because you got locked out of your website, a call to your webhosting company might be another option (Our Plan C 🙂 ) to ask them to "disable" the conflicting Math Recaptcha plugin, which is separate and different from the wpForo plugin.

I removed the google recaptcha plug in...only have askimet and the wpforo plug in

I just checked your "Registration" page, I don't see the Math recaptcha. Yay!
However, I can still see the Math Recaptcha on your LogIn page.
Maybe you can try removing that other Math recaptcha altogether?
Just go to
1) Wordpress Dashboard
2) Plugins
3) Installed Plugins
4) Select the "Conflicting Plugin Math recaptcha - I don't know the name"
5) On the bottom of that name, there is a "Deactivate" link. Click that.
6) So the deactivated plugin goes to the "Inactive" area if the plugins
7) Select the "Inactive" link on the top of the plugin page
Select that conflicting plugin "Conflicting Plugin Math recaptcha - I don't know the name", then under that, there is a delete button. Or you can check that box
and you can also use the "Bulk option" dropdown to delete it. (like in the screenshot below. 🙂
