Hi,
I have two people who have registered to my forum, but they told me that they have yet to be sent a link to reset their password. But on the dashboard, I saw that they were registered. How do I resolve this?

The most of email sending issues are server and site-specific issues so we can't help in these cases. We have a good list for website admins to find the reason and fix it. please read this FAQ post:
