I am trying to experiment with and learn about "Login & Registration - Custom Authorization URLs". When I enable them and try to enter a custom register URL the switch is enabled ("yes") but the 'register URL' is cleared. Blanks out. Goes away. And I don't see any effect when I test it.

This happens in both my staging and production website. They are independent Wordpress installations with separate databases. Not just different table headers - completely separate databases.

Am I not understanding something? Is this a bug? I would like to see the effect and implement it. My desired end state is to have a separate plugin manage the forum user registrations and logins. In this case I want the membership management plugin "Paid Memberships Pro" to manage the approvals of new users to be registered and approved in the forums. Am I understanding this right?

Hi,

Please make sure you're entering the correct URL without including http/https.

It would be better if you could record a video to clearly demonstrate the issue.

Ok, very simple, that was it. I was copying the entire URL and the settings didn't like that. So I removed the https:// and it sticks now. So simple. And frustrating. I hope this benefits others in the future. Thank you!
