Is there a way we can display all the member ratings and badges on the members page? From rating level zero (with badge) up to rating level 10 (with badge). This is so that when guests or even members see this, they know how much points they need to achieve the next level.

There is no setting for this, but you can create a new page to give your members some information.
Take a look at this post > Forum FAQ page
But of course you will need some knowledge of HTML / PHP / CSS. 😉
