Hello again,
I am wondering if it is possible to merge two forums as they include similar topics, ie in our case football language and football language questions?

As far as I see you have a few topics, you can move topics of one forum to another using the Topic Tools (Move, Merge, Split...):

OK, great. So I just open each post and then with tools move it to the topic I want.

You open each topic not post, and move it to the forum you want.
You can also move posts from one topic to another, and you can merge two topics as well.
