Has anyone had recent experiences with migrating a forum to wpForo using either gConverter or ProfProjects ?

I contacted both of them on January 12th about migrating my forum at

I received a reply from ProfProjects within a few hours that included a quote with general info on what they could do. I haven't heard back from gConverter at all.

I was happy with what ProfProjects proposed, so I replied telling them it sounded good and asking a few questions, but have never received any more replies since Monday morning the 13th.

I know time zones are probably different and I don't know where they are located, but figured I'd get a reply since I'm a ready buyer of their migration service.

Since these are the two recommended services I'm hoping there is someone here connected to them.
