I am currently checking my site for accessibility and the profile and edit profile pages are not passing, because the fields don't have labels they use paragraph tags instead. I tried to edit this through the php code but didn't have any success. Is there a way I can add form fields into the edit profile page? I linked an image of the /classes/Forms.php with the edits I tried without any success. Appreciate any help thanks!

The file that you found is the right one. The changes must be done there. I have sent this to the team, will let you know what we have after their response.
We are not planing to make changes on the fields and make them labels, those fields are not public, and don't affect on SEO ranking. Some fields have labels as well.
We would like to know for what you need to change those fields.
