I thought this would be a cache plugin issue but I disabled it and even deleted it but the images did not reappear. Any thoughts on what is going on here?

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features admin page, set the value forum for the "Enable wpForo Font-Awesome Lib" option. It seems your active theme doesn't have Font Awesome lib 5 version.

I have had my developer take a look at it and he has some of it fixed but says the editor can't be fixed and has requested me to ask you to look at it.
