I have wordpress yes, and when a moderator signs in it doesn't display the top dashboard I see when I log in a admin.
I dont want to give access to the WP dashboard for mods either, they can screw alot of stuff up.

Member moderation is done under Dashboard > Forums > Members admin page. To access this page you should have Moderator Usergroup with these permissions:
