I want to turn off moderation so that whenever someone answers a question or posts a topic, it gets posted directly, without going through any moderation. How do I accomplish this?

Please navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Tools admin page, disable the Spam Control, and set 0 for the New Registered User minimum posts.
