It doesn't have the Add Answer button and Vote function - not sure why

Hi Robert,

I have done a bunch of testing on 2 different blogs and have the same issue on both.

Here is the scope:  Created all 3 forums with Q&A style- only one works correctly with the Add Answer/ Add comment buttons. The other forums's topics did not have those two buttons.
I wanted to pm you more info but that function is not available?

Ok, we see the problem. It seems you've created those forums as a category with Extended layouts, then set those as a child to other category or something else. Please not after each changes in parent-child or in category-forum structure you should click on [Save forums order and hierarchy] button to reset parent-child forum layouts and hierarchy. We just clicked on this button and all seems to work fine. I attached screenshot.
