@robert @sofy I assume this change didn't make it into 1.55 ? I've just had to add it again in functions-installation.php 🙂

Sorry, as far as I see, you're right, it was missed. But I think this will bring problems. On the first installation it'll not allow wpForo to create the forum page. If some page contains [cs_content] shortcode and wpForo is not installed yet, this will stop wpForo to create forum page on first activation. So, I think this was the reason why it's not added. I think this will not be added, you should find other solutions.
