Hi everyone, 

I want the emails for new topic to display the name of the Forum because I have multiple forums on the website. 

As per the instructions under Subscriptions & Mentioning: Email Template - New Topic Notification I included the variable [forum_link] in the subject line. This returns a non-clickable URL. I attached an image of how it looks when I receive the email notification in my inbox. How can I include the Forum's title instead?

You just need to use the [forum_title] shortcode instead of [forum_link].
