Hi,
i want to ask how to disable password reset after new user register on site.When register they need to add login and password,so i dont see the reason to reset it.Its confusing for users.

You can Disable "Enable User Registration email confirmation" option from Dashboard > Forums > Settings > features Tab, by this way users can register by Entering their Username, Email, Password for registration. They won't need to reset their password from the Email Link to get Login.
