A new user just signed up on my forum and says that he is unable to post. I have checked everything I can think of, including the obvious "Are you logged in?"
I have the forum set up so that the first post or topic requires moderation, but that is not the problem. There are no posts awaiting moderation.
Any ideas what I could check next?

Please register some new user and send the user's login details with your forum URL to info[at]gvectors.com email address to allow us to check it.

We've created several private topics ( some of those topics have been deleted) and haven't faced with such an issue:

It'd be easy for us to understand the issue if the users provide us some screenshots of the issue they faced.
