It works fine, we just created a test topic. You should be logged in and click on some forum link to find [Add Topic] button.

I see problem with icons. Your website doesn't allow to load Font-Awesome icons. We see this error message:

Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at...
