I'm not sure what is happening but when a user signs in they are immediately logged out.

It's impossible to post or do anything. 

Any ideas?

Adding to the above: New users have to login via Wordpress's wp-login url and then go back to the forum for it to work.

'Enable User Manually Approval System' is not enabled.

You will not be able to login after registering. I have no idea what is happening.
