Could you please tell me a little more about the issue? And when exactly are you running into this error?
Also please let us know you use the wpForo Advanced Attachments add-on or the default attachment?

hi, i use wpforo attachments.
when i select a photo it is not uploaded. it doesn't end up in mmy media. nothing happens, no upload. Nothing.
