[Solved] No Longer Possible to Ask Questions!

It is no longer possible to either log-in nor to ask questions at my forum. Address:I cannot log-in directly using WPForo nor if I log in to my site as an administrator can I post any questions. Nothing happens. Nothing at all. I get an icon stating that is working but no post.

I found these errors in my error log file. Are these the reason I am having problems? If so what are they and how to fix?

@alvina I had already changed the reCaptcha. Turns out it was some banner code that I had on the page causing the problems. Your screenshot helped me to be able to check the page though so that is how I noticed the fault. All is good now. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
