Shouldn't this be nofollow? Seems pointless to have all these entries in Google search.
This is not related to wpForo, this is a wpDiscuz custom addon notification link and this has already been supported and asked you to add rel="nofollow".

Please remember, the custom addon notification link is generated on all pages, even on forum pages, so everything could be affected. It doesn't matter the page is a forum page or a simple post, the solution is adding rel="nofollow" to the custom addon link and wait for Google to clean the indexed content.
