My website is in french and everywhere in source code we can found in Yoast part :
<meta property="og:locale" content="fr_FR" />
But on forum pages :
<meta property="og:locale" content="us_US" />
Maybe i need to add french xml or something like that?
Because i also need to translate sentence Backend > Forum > Phrases and there is only english

No, this has nothing to do with your issue.
And your issue has nothing to do with wpForo. The meta information comes from Yoast plugin not wpForo. It cannot be fixed from wpForo side. We'll add our own og:locale meta line in future releases, and it'll work correctly.

Please don't upload any xml file, it will not help, and it may cause some problems. Just leave it as is, if you've already uploaded it, don't choose the uploaded one, just keep the English one, this option is not related to your forum translation. This option cannot be used if you have more than one languages in forum.
