[Solved] Only admins can login and see forum --forum is not working since update--URGENT HELP NEEDED

Okay, we have a huge problem here. Only admins can see the forum. We have checked every single setting, and when we use a login of a membership person, they cannot see the forum, and it tells them they do not have access due to their level. A blue membership person is

So when I click on a topic, I am getting "Your user level does not have appropriate permission to view the content", and they do. They have the highest level membership.
Is there anyone that could reach out to me and check every single setting on this. The forum worked until the most recent update. Now it does not. Again, the 3 admins can view and post, but the customers cannot.
This is really an urgent matter.
We have gone through every bit of documentation and until we updated the forum, everything was working fine, login, logout with all members.
Okay, subsequent....we went into every one of the members and changed them to the Blue, Red and Yellow memberships. Why is it not assigning these user roles as they purchase the memberships? Luckily we only have 12 active memberships, but their user roles when I edit member details are only saying subscriber which means nothing. They can only view the forum as a Blue, Red or Yellow member
